Terms & Conditions for Membership
- Membership cannot be changed or transferred
- Membership is valid for 1 year
- Members should produce their membership card in order to enjoy the benefits
- Members should inform National Science Centre(in writting) if the membership card is missing or lost. Payment of RM5.00 will be charged for replacement card

- Please enclosed copy of Identity Card(both sides) or Student Card(College/University).

Methods of Payment
- Payment can be made by cash or cheque to ‘PENGARAH PUSAT SAINS NEGARA’ at Finance Department, Level 3, National Science Centre.
